— SHIPPING —

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase, Monday through Friday.

Domestic shipping (United States): 3–7 business days from ship date via USPS Priority Mail or comparable carrier.

Free shipping: Available on all U.S. orders over $100.

International shipping: Currently unavailable. Coming soon.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status of your order through your customer account.

— RETURNS —

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we accept returns only on:

— Unopened, unused, and resealed items in original packaging
— Items within 14 days of delivery
— Items in resellable condition

Items that are opened, partially used, or damaged from use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

— HOW TO RETURN —

Email nailsallurala@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method.

— DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS —

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace or refund the item promptly.

— LOST PACKAGES —

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 14 days. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and find a resolution.
